Electronic version. But don't let that discourage you from purchasing. Works like a real pinball machine and is a lot of fun. Nice selection of 10 different games to chose from. My grandsons ages 10 & 7 plus their father and I couldn't stop playing after assembly. Assembly took less than an hour and directions were very easy to follow since all parts were lettered. This is the second arcade device purchased by Arcade 1 Up and the quality of both is awesome.

The Marvel Arcade operates like a pinball machine, but the ball moves much faster then on a pinball machine and requires better eye-hand coordination. Everyone in the family loved this new addition to our arcade.
