• There was a fix you could get from Arcade 1up. Go to the website and fill out a ticket and describe your problem. 1up will send you a response asking for a picture of you 1up pinball that includes the serial number. Then you should receive a link with a download to fix your pinball. You’ll need a PC with windows 10. If you get nowhere or it takes too long search YouTube for a fix (may find an even better solution). Best wishes
