Is there a recording delay upon motion detection? null

In my experience, the activation is pretty quick. Any delay is a second or less. Now, if you have the activation area on the camera set to only certain parts of the camera area, it may miss movement if it is too narrow. However, I have not experienced any issues with activation quickly once movement is detected. If you are missing something, it MAY be due to a repeat detection being blocked due to rapid reactivation. Most cameras have a time delay between activations to prevent false detection from things like wind blowing bushes/trees.
