Yes, you can grant permission to anyone of your choice via the Arlo app

Don't try to scan twice. There is an option in the app that lets you share the camera with whoever you want to share it with. However when my family member and I tried to do it, it didn't work and we still have not solved the problem. But it is SUPPOSED to work. Maybe it will work better for you.

yes more than one person can monitor the doorbell but only one the person can talk to the person pressing the bell.

u scan your phone for the qr code so it can connect to your account vs someone elses. Just both log in to your account on the app on each phone.
