• You need to manually click "mute" in some cases,like the doorbell

• A microphone icon is at the bottom of the screen, and you have to turn the microphone on for them to here you.

• You will need to utilize the push to talk feature "Microphone button" after initiating the live stream. If you answer a call you will have the option to have the two way talk feature automatically enabled or disabled. You can find this setting in your doorbell settings within the Arlo mobile app.
