The following works with Arlo video doorbell and no need to purchase a separate resistor. Just attach this to the 2 screws on the back of the Arlo doorbell and plug into a 120V wall outlet, and your good to go: LANMU Power Adapter for Arlo Doorbell,18V Transformer Power Supply Compatible with Arlo Video Doorbell (AVD1001),with Wire Clips (16.4ft/5m), available on Amazon.
