• No it doesn’t seem like it. I didn’t see an option for that. I think only the nest hello has that feature.

• No. Motion activated. As far as I know there is no option to record constantly through any of the Arlo paid subscriptions for the video doorbell. But do your research or call Arlo to find out for sure.
