• Mine worked at -5 or 5 below zero. Talk with Arlo.

• I am having the same issue here in Wisconsin. Went offline during the last freeze and now being in the 40's it hasn't not came back online. I had this issue last winter here and there but not this bad..... I just took unit off my subscription and will monitor it from here, if no luck I am junking it and getting something more dependable.

• Arlo cameras (and the doorbell) have a spec'd operating range from -4° to 113° F (-20° C to 45° C)
