• When setting up the doorbell you should be connected to the WiFi SSID on your cellphone that you want the doorbell to use. Note: The doorbell uses 2.4GHz not 5GHz also do not use channel 12 or 13 on you router or you may have issues connecting the doorbell to your router.

• Yes according to Arlo. But I am having issues connecting mine also. Plus it seems to be a very common problem
