Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to do a hard reset of the doorbell and connect it as a brand new item to your existing mesh wi-fi system. Basically google it or go to YouTube or Arlo and search for instructions on reset to new internet or base station. You need to access the back of the doorbell carefully without breaking. Stick paper clip in small hole in back for 15 seconds and white ring light on front starts flashing - open Arlo app and follow rest of instructions to sync to your mesh network.
