if you want it to record 24/7 it won't last more than a few days at best... you'd want to plug it into a power supply for that and it could go indefinitely i believe. The batteries work best as a triggered system that records only when motion is detected and shutting down after the event has passed... and probably best in an area that isn't supposed to be getting much traffic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We were told 6 months We have had it 3 months and even in the brutal cold and mounted outside it is 82% charged right now
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery lasts 2 weeks up to 6 months depending on how much motion there is and if you have it set on high quality video. They sell power adapters that I would highly recommend if you have an outlet next to the camera.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That depends on how much it is recording. I have had my system almost 2 months and I still have 75% battery life. I probably record about 10 minutes worth of video a day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on where the camera is placed. Heavy traffic areas tend to take up more battery due to multiple recordings the camera has to do. Minimum traffic areas.. the battery should give you 1 to 2 months.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Battery lasts about 3months. It comes with a battery charger. We love the system!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on how much traffic. Busy outside about a week
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on activity at the area covered. I get two weeks out of the charge at the back door. The dogs go in and out of this door all day long. I also recharge battery at 50% so it maybe a little soon but I don't want to miss anything. You can also set a schedule to limit high activity times of day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know the OP probably doesn’t need this now but for future purchasers - it depends on the location of the camera and how busy your house is. My street is fairly busy so the battery doesn’t last very long. I can typically get about 4 to 5 days at the most.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bottom line is battery life soley depends on how many times the camera is triggered by people, vehicles, animals, etc., which can be reduced either by camera placement and or camera settings.
