• Yes, there are all weather usb cables. I have 7 arlo pro 2, 2 pro 3 and 1 ultra with all weather power usb.

• Yes, you can use either Soule or packs or other assessor he’s available on the manufacturers website or at Best Buy.com. Or you can direct wire the charging cable into either an outlet or a power source if you are a decent electrician.
