No. The Arlo Pro 4 cameras will come with free trial to Arlo Smart. When the trial expires, you have the option to purchase an Arlo Smart subscription. To learn more, please check this link :https://kb.arlo.com/88/. ^RM

Please try again later.I just called and asked about plans etc. and was told when purchasing a new system you get a plan with it for 3 months free then you have to pick a plan with a monthly fee. I did not have a previous plan but I think I saw something about you can upgrade your system and add to your plan, but I'm not sure about that.
