• I recently inquired about a warranty replacement, they charge $8 for S/H. I don't know if that covers a pre-paid mailer for returning the broken screen. I'll buy a Zagg to replace it.

• I was informed that they changed their policy. I will have to mail the broken protector into the company for a placement instead of taking it directly to Best Buy!! I would’ve never purchased this protector knowing that I would have to replace this screen every month due to the cracks that show up randomly on the phone. Search for a better quality screen protector and save yourself the headache.

• Yes. The protector peels off pretty easily with no real residue. Have to clean screen before putting another one on.
