Was told if it needed to be replaced to just go back there and they would replace it. Not sure if you have to have them install it to be replaced by them, but it is worth checking out.

I don't know if some stores are still honoring this but as I have been told they no longer are going to swap them out anymore. It has been frustrating trying to find out the true answer as I have loved having this brand even with cracks I may get my screen was protected now I have to look into another screen protector.
