Take your original receipt, the screen and box it came in to your nearest Best Buy drive up. Let them know you want a replacement and they will have you drop it into a box. A few minutes later they should come back out with your new replacement and new receipt. Make sure you go online beforehand and see if the store has it in stock. Very easy! Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can't unless you go in and I can't go in due to health reasons. So your out of luck, even complained to corp, that didn,t do anything. I went through all of that with a couple of expensive screen protectors. With so many other places willing to accomodate high risk people during Covid Best Buy lost my business forever.
