“Will this work with ATT BGW210 with an optical network? If not what would work with it and provide telephone service?”

• Hi Generatorman, Unfortunately, the SVG2482AC ( voice gateway) would only work with Xfinity's service. Retal cable modems/gateways manufactired by Arris generally do not work with DSL, satellite or optical network services
