Please note that SVG2482AC is compatible to work only with Comcast Xfinity's internet service, it will not work with AT&T's U-verse service

When I had Uverse, it was only copper wire and I was getting 7-8MBps on the best days, only 1-3Mbps most days. With this modem on WOW I am getting a solid 18Mbps outside to the WWW, I get 200Mbps on the wifi if it's just within the house. Would have been a whole different answer if they had fiber running past my house. The modem isn't the problem.
