• This unit is specific list for Xfinity or Comcast unit. There are 2 steps processes to changes over. You will have to the call the number on the box to activate the unit. Then they will transfer you to Xfinity to get the account and unit number into Xfinity system to activates. The entire process take about 1 hr to complete. You will have to be very patiences with the processes and the operator (they are over sea and you can barely hear or understand them).
