Hello - the download speeds listed for that modem are the maximum theoretical speeds. There are numerous factors that affect your speeds, including which plan you subscribe to. That being said, if you require Xfinity digital voice service and are looking for built-in Wi-Fi this is the lowest tier model we have available with those features.
