• I suggest you contact you ISP for their recommended modems. I choose the Arris based on my ISP's recommendation. My ISP had a list of acceptable modems on their web site. Also they indicated which modems were not acceptable.

• Unfortunately it doesn't have a voice feature, I might be wrong! But I was researching three different modems this one, Motorola MB8100, and Netgear CM2000 Out of those three, two have voice features but only one is sold on bestbuy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/netgear-nighthawk-32-x-8-docsis-3-1-voice-cable-modem/6425815.p?skuId=6425815 It's 300 but is the only docsis 3.1 voice modem I've seen on here.
