I can personally vouch for about 330/33 on my 300/30 with Cox hard line testing.

I get in excess of the 30 Cox provides. I'd say at least 33. It is a 16down streamd 4 up streams if memory serves. So if I get over 300 down it should theoretically get at least 25% of that as aloud by provider.

I think this is going to depend on the speed of internet you subscribe to thru your internet provider. However I can tell you that my current upload speed is 6.2 M bps and download speed is 42 Mbps which is fast enough to stream 4K video. Hope this helps

Upload speeds are determined by your ISP's plan. Our speed is 10-20 MPS, fast enough for our needs.
