“We have the Arris’s sb8200 modem. The app keep dropping the W31 Mesh Pro routers off. We can’t access the W31. Are they compatible? How can we get the app to “see” the W31 mesh pro? We have WiFi but certain devices are dropping off and on WiFi.”
