“Just bought a 3.1 modem. The send light does not turn blue. What do I do next to get this to turn blue”

• Mine doesn't either on my Xfinity connection. Xfinity still uses DOCSIS 3.0 for upstream since it's not needed to carry their lower upstream speeds, so no blue light. Blue light designates DOCSIS 3.1.

• call your internet provider they will need to add the mac address of the modem to their system

• Not sure, on the T25 the lights are solid white when connected. Call your provider
