Umm, a modem is not wireless, you have to run this modem through a router to create a wireless network.

If your motorola wireless cable modem supports the AnyWAN technology (whereby the WAN connection can be obtained from the ethernet connection to the SB8200), then you can use your motorola as a wifi router along with SB8200 . Please verify with device manufacturer to clarify if your wifi cable modem can be used in router only mode
