“I got this for my switch and the mic wont work ive tried nearly everything O could think of and looked up some stuff too. I've reset the game. Unplugged and plugged back in. Made sure to push it all the way in, made sure to update my game. Still wont work”

• I used this with my PS4 for the first time and the same thing happened. I had to reset and plug in/out twice and then it started working all of a sudden.

• I'm having the same issue with the 2 I had purchased, on both the Nintendo switch and the ps4 pro systems.
