I bought a pair of these and I used the yesterday the mic worked just fine my friends could hear me I went to use them today and the mic all of a sudden isn’t picking up anything but make the noise when I plug in the mic to know it’s connected null

Take them back and get a different kind of headset. do not wait, get your money back while you can.

Go to the settings on the system should tell you it’s connected and press and hold power button on headset

Same here. Turn off system and turn system on first then the headset. That fixes mine usually.
