“Out of box doesn’t work on Xbox. You need to upgrade the firmware but the app does not work on the computer. Astro has not fixed the software and has render the headset uses for Xbox. Is there a fix? The ms store app to download and update firmware broken”

Found a link on reddit while doing research for the same issue so i would try that but the solution on reddit didnt work for me so I had no choice but to return mine, hope you have better luck!
