Make sure you updated the firmware. Latest version I have was supposed to address the sign in issue. After that, unplug the USB cord for like 15 seconds and plug it back in. Chat/assign should come back afterwards.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey Mark. I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. Your headset is on old firmware. To update to new software, you need to download the astro application on their website and plug in mix amp to your computer. And update to the latest software.
