• yes i have a dual monitor set up and i use it for that reason. you have to take your optical audio cable and plug it into your xbox. then take your usb and plug it into your pc. you can even go into your settings and make your second dial balance the sound between the two.

• Yes! Use the optical cable from the mixamp and plug into xbox, then use USB 3.0 port and plug into PC USB 3.0. Then make sure your mixamp is in PC mode (white lights), and you should hear both xbox and PC.
