I have not, but my recommendation would be to contact astro as they potentially have seen this issue on a larger scale. It could potentially be the cable and since its a non-standard 3.5mm cable they may send you one for free and from my experience they should send it to you for free if youre still under warranty.

Please try again later.if its on xbox series x, it occassionally does it to me. to fix, unplug the usb from console/swap port then reload audio settings and dolby atmos. mine stopped once i went back to using an optical cable with my lg cx tv, usb in console, then set the audio on my tv to optical. also allows custom eqs inside astro software to actually work
