Actually with Microsoft Online you can use Word. You would download it as a Chrome Extension. It's not the full version but it has basic Microsoft Word functions.

No Microsoft programs. Runs on Google's operating system. Which, in my opinion, is far superior to Windows. No Microsoft Office products can be used. You have to use Google Docs (Google's office suite).
