First time with a chrome computer and will never go back to a normal computer. I watched a ton of movies and the battery lasted for days and days. I love the way it closes out pages completely when your done and it does not heat up with heavy use. I use this more than my phone now at home. No loading pages, no virus protection needed, and so easy to use!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the box got tossed out before I realized it was defective, and Best Buy won't accept a return without a box, despite having a receipt! When I tried returning it, Geek Squad confirmed that keyboard wasn't mapped correctly so I have to use an external keyboard, it won't stay powered on without being plugged in to the wall, and the speakers don't work! But of course, according to them, there's no way to identify a laptop without the box it came in, so I'm stuck with a useless piece of trash (that THEY confirmed to be defective) and a $240 bill.

Perfect size and lightweight for traveling. I use it for web browsing, email, Netflix. I would recommend for anyone who stores all their files on google drive and needs a portable laptop.

They use chormebooks at school so it is easy for her to operate. Seems like it runs pretty quick and the screen is nice and big for her. This is a great purchase for the price.
