What is the RAM config (1x8 or 2x4)? null

The RAM that comes with this laptop is 1 stick of 8gb. I bought a crucial dual channel 16gb kit and sold the single stick that came with the laptop online. Make sure it is 3200mhz ram that you order to replace it.

1x8. Has an unbranded heat spreader (metal bar, not a full cover) on it.
