QuestionI was wondering if Roblox can be played as long as Chrome OS is updated to verison 53 or higher and as long as its enabled in permissions in settings and installed via Google Play Store, if it even support it, or if an Android app can be installed on it.

- Answer Yes, you can install Roblox, but not all of the games will work well. The N4500 processor handles some Google Play Store Apps well, but not all. If Google Play store apps are very important to you, look for a Chromebook with an ARM processor (e.g. - MediaTek 8183)

- Answer It really depends on the size of the movies and how you store them. There is little local storage (32Gb), but you could add an external USB (SuperSpeed) to store as much as you wanted.

- Answer The OS on this computer is google. It isn't compatible with anything windows. If you are going to check email and facebook and amazon, this is a great computer.

- Answer Office 365 is a windows based program. Chromebooks work off a google based OS. It won't work.

QuestionI bought that laptop as open box in excellent shape 2 days ago. However, when i started it, it indicated that "something went wrong" and asked me to launch the recovery process from an external storage device. Is that better to bring it back ?
