Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Download the eero app.It will walk you through what you need to do. One unit is connected to the AT&T router, the others are placed through the house as evenly spaced as possible, plugged into an electrical outlet and will connect to each other automatically. You will be asked to name your new network, and create a password. I created a name, and used the password I had for the AT&T network. The old network is still accessible and you can use it as well if you would like, but you will find there is no need. The customer service is very helpful and if you have any issues connecting your purchase they will walk you through the steps and answer any questions. I love this product! I had an extender for years, which brought the WiFi signal downstairs, but only at a reduced rate. These bring the full amount you are paying for to the entire house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Her instructions on how to bypass the AT&T wireless set up. You will need to do this, however the instructions are pretty clear and the customer support has been pretty good so far. It’s really just a matter of disabling the AT&T wireless portion of your modem router. I would go straight into the mother node and use it as the router from the modem
