Yes, this graphics card is compatible and will improve system efficiency and performance since it has a lower TDP so heat generation will be less compare to a Radeon RX 6600 XT.

You should spend a minimal amount of money to try and match the 8GB of memory with another 8 to at least bring the machine to 16GB. Try to find the exact same kind so it matches. The 4060 Ti is at a minimum around 40% better in most aspects of the 6600 XT.
