- Answer Press FB button at the same time you press the touch pad key in the top F keys on the keyboard. This will turn on & off the touch mouse pad. Also can go to settings to change the settings for the touch pad mouse.

- Answer First check your function keys and see if one has a touchpad icon. Try pressing FN and F9 at the same time. If that doesn't work, try the following steps : 1. Control Panel 2. Click on Hardware and Sound 3. Click on Mouse and Touchpad 4. Select Additional mouse options 5. Once 'Mouse properties' opens, click on your device. 6. Verify that your device is set to enabled, and if not, select 'Enable Device' 7. Exit the screen and Control Panel

QuestionAre there any hard shell laptop cases for this computer? I have tried to find one for my asus but I have had no luck in finding the hard cases. I have found soft cases for it, but i do not want those type of cases.

- Answer It is cheaper to manufacture a single box design and use it for multiple PCs than to use multiple box designs for multiple PC packages.

- Answer If using Windows 10, should be in Settings. Hit Windows key on keypad. Type "Settings" Under Settings, go to Devices, then go to Touchpad, turn on.

- Answer It was an open box you should have looked to see if everything was included as they stated before leaving the store! I recently purchased a computer similar to yours but mine was missing the charger but that was ok with me! I was still getting a good deal on the computer alone! I just bought a charger! It was an open box!

- Answer Yes, any time an upgrade or service is not done by an authorized service provider, it automatically voids the warranty.

- Answer I was told that unless you have an "ACTIVE" pen that stylus will just mimic your finger on the screen and won't tell the difference between pressure and sensitivity.

- Answer Yes. The Windows setup program should start (new one), it will set up the initial user account, you should also have WiFi available for updates (security, OS, drivers, etc. Updates will take awhile but do not skip them, they will help keep your system secure and functioning at it's best. Be patient, the may take a while particularly on a slower network.
