If your left ROG CETRA earbud is not turning on, ensure the case is fully charged, the earbud is clean and properly seated, and then perform a factory reset by taking both earbuds out and holding the touch areas simultaneously for about 5-7 seconds until red lights appear, followed by another 12-15 seconds until four red flashes occur.
