QuestionWhat SPECIFIC motherboard does this have? I saw another Q+A saying it's G16CH, but ASUS site shows 10-20 boards with that designation, and very different specs. What is the Ethernet specs? 1G? Or 2.5G? Need specific model of MB, please.

- Answer The model number of the motherboard on this PC is an ASUS G16CHR. This G16CH PC series has different model numbers. However, all of these models have the same motherboard model number. The ethernet is a Gigabit controller that supports 10/100/1000 data transmission with a maximum speed of 1000 Mbps(1Gbps).

QuestionOnly one of the three HDMI ports works. The very bottom HDMI port works but the two at the top will not show anything. I have tried different HDMI cords and computer screens that I know are all working fine. Any ideas?

QuestionI'm a little confused. The description on numerous websites state that this has a 2TB SSD. I just picked mine up at BestBuy in Framingham Ma. Device Manger states (2) Drives NVMe MTFDKBA1TOQFM-1BD1AABGB which is (2) 1TB SSD drives. I'm not happy!
