Satisfied with my first gaming PC

Great buy, and reasonable, the built looks clean and airflow seems to be doing just fine. I played a few games with reasonable high quality settings and it is handling it without any problem.

Excellent Performance for Gaming and VR

After spending a good amount of time with this CyberPowerPC, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. I purchased it primarily for gaming, VR, and everyday productivity, and it has handled everything I've thrown at it without any major issues. The Intel Core Ultra 7 265F paired with the RTX 5060 Ti provides excellent gaming performance. Modern AAA titles run smoothly at high and ultra settings, and competitive games easily reach high frame rates. It also performs very well in more demanding simulators and VR titles, maintaining smooth gameplay with very little stuttering. Load times are incredibly fast thanks to the 1TB NVMe SSD, and Windows boots in just seconds. The 16GB of DDR5 memory is plenty for gaming and multitasking, though users who edit videos or heavily multitask may eventually want to upgrade to 32GB. Thankfully, the system is easy to upgrade later since CyberPowerPC uses mostly standard desktop components. One thing that surprised me was how quiet the computer is. Even while gaming for extended periods, the fans stay relatively quiet and temperatures remain well under control. The airflow inside the case is excellent, and the RGB lighting gives it a clean, modern appearance without looking overdone. Setup was simple and straightforward. I plugged everything in, completed the Windows setup, downloaded the latest NVIDIA graphics drivers, and was gaming within minutes. There wasn't an excessive amount of unnecessary preinstalled software either, which was a pleasant surprise. I've also used this system for web browsing, streaming, office work, and light content creation, and it handles all of those tasks effortlessly. Everything feels quick and responsive. Pros: • Excellent gaming performance. • Great VR performance. • Fast boot and load times. • Quiet cooling system. • Attractive case and RGB lighting. • Easy to upgrade in the future. • Good value for the hardware included. Cons: • 16GB RAM is sufficient today but power users may eventually want 32GB. • I would have liked to see a larger SSD, though adding another drive is very easy. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase. Whether you're looking for your first gaming PC or upgrading from an older system, this computer delivers strong performance, reliable cooling, and a great overall experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a capable gaming desktop that can also handle VR, productivity, and everyday use without breaking the bank.

Beautiful case, powerful system, small fan issue

The MA-01 is the most beautiful PC case I've ever seen, no exaggeration. The analog knobs for RGB are fun; the glass walls are perfect; the overall clean style is simply unmatched. The Core Ultra 7 265F is the most powerful piece in here. 16GB RAM is good for the price. The GeForce 5060 Ti is excellent, although it only has 8GB VRAM. More than enough for 1080p/60fps, but if you're aiming for higher than that, you might need more VRAM. There's only one glaring issue: the fans were a bit loud! It was obvious that the chasis/case fans were running at full speed no matter what. This turned out to be some cables plugged into the wrong place. I needed to unplug the three PWM cables that went from the fans into the fan hub on the back of the case (labeled J7, J8, J9 on my fan hub). I plugged in those ends to the motherboard PWM slots (labeled CHA_FAN1, CHA_FAN2, CHA_FAN3), allowing the motherboard to control the speeds instead of letting them sit at 100% forever! I could do this without buying any additional cables - although I did buy some PWM extension cables (female to male) just to make it easier on myself and not have to untie anything. The RGB cables from the fans were still connected to the fan hub - so I can still control the RGB from the analog knobs! The computer is perfect now, and very quiet! It should've been built this way from the beginning. Despite that goof, the PC is amazing, and was easy to open up and work with. I was running Forza Horizon 6 at 1080p/60fps on Ultra settings with no issue. The keyboard and mouse are great, too! So, it's great, but it's even better if you're willing to move some cables around, unless Best Buy decides to fix that issue. Give it a go!

    Impressed

Opening the box and seeing how the PC was packaged, I had to stop. It could have been the Mona Lisa; the packaging itself was impressive. Then the PC (case) itself is so tightly built I kept looking for the screws to remove the side panel, but there weren't any. No gaps anywhere in the case. I figured out the top (very vented) was recessed into all the side panels, and I lifted it up and out, and there were the 2 screws. I wanted to open it to see who was the motherboard maker, and it was a well-known company with excellent ratings, MSI. The graphics card is the PNY GeForce RTX 5060 TI, which I already knew. As you can see, two sides of the case are heavy plexiglass. After I removed the 2 screws on top, I pulled outwards on the bottom, which snaps to the case, and it lifted up like it was hinged. The power supply, hard drive, and cables are hidden in the bottom compartment. It's elementary to attach all USB, speaker system, and Wi-Fi antenna, which snaps in as well. There is nothing about PC that looks or feels cheap. It weighs 40 lbs. As impressed as I was even with the packaging, when I powered it up, it booted up (after Win-11 is happy) in 5-7 seconds, I typed in the PIN, and it's totally ready. No waiting for Windows systems to load whatever it was in Win 10 that took a couple of minutes, but it was ready to do whatever you use it for. Myself is YouTube, and it is so fast. My first PC I purchased from Best Buy, the motherboard, CPU, and RAM, lasted 13.2 years. Thats the honest truth. All before that, in the late 90s, I built it, and it died after 1 year warranty. I'm telling you it's a beautiful in every aspect. I can't tell you anything about playing video games, because I'm an older man and my gaming days are over. I am very happy with this computer from CyberPowerPC. Yeah, yeah, I know it's a gaming PC which usually has the best parts, and that's why I picked it. Who knows; never say never. Thank you. What do I dislike? Hmm. Can't think of a thing. The price was at the top of My budget, but read all the specs online, and compare, and get the best one for yourself.

Questions & Answers
  • What is the exact model of 16gb of ram I want to add another stick of it

You should look at yours. Because the maker uses different brands. They run out of one and use what they have. It's the same with motherboards. I do know this about M-boards, I have seen the list of them and they were all high end. As long as you get ddr-5.

  • What motherboard manufacturer is used in model GXi3400BSTV18

In my PC is MSI. It may not be if you purchase one. It could be was what I was told, an Asus, Gigabyte, and a couple of other big names. I was hoping for a Gigabyte because it was in my old PC (it was an HP chopped down version MB) but lasted 13.2 years. I know it's unbelievable. And I upgraded the graphics card to a Gigabyte. GeForce 1080, and that's old too. I know it doesn't mean the next one will, sadly.

  • Can more storage be added?

Most definitely. I hadn't added any yet and probably won't. But I did go online to be sure before I purchased. I will put my hard drive in from my old PC, and yes, you can do that even though it's a Win 10 to access all the files that the cloud didn't bring when Win 11 was setting up. Be blessed
