This Pre Built has everything I need, and more. As someone who isn't necessarily concerned about graphic performance, this PC is perfect as a first. Surprisingly can run most games on better settings than recommended without issue performance wise or temp wise.

This PC is a solid, upgrade-friendly system. The internal layout makes it easy to add RAM, storage, fans, or other components later. Performance has been reliable, but buyers should still check the motherboard and power supply before planning major upgrades. Overall, it is a strong starting point for anyone who wants a PC they can improve over time.

For context, I’m Jarrett’s girlfriend the man who ordered the PC under my recommendation so of course, makes more sense if I review it. I LOVE this absolute powerhouse of a PC. My boyfriend is a professional photographer/ videographer and needs something super powerful to be able to edit the way he wants to and run all the programs needed. There’s no hesitation or lag whatsoever with this tower, tons of storage. The graphics card used within and storage drives (C: and D:) are all extremely up to par and can truly compare with MSI technology (from having a nearly 15 year old MSI Tower still runs MK11 Hogwarts legacy etc.) It can run EVERYTHING! And anything at once, very hard to overload once you get it. It has tons of fans to keep it cool so no worries of overheating. Tons of ways to customize. The parts are all very simple and yo can see everything! Do be careful becaus the D port or something within the PC is t always inside all the way if it doesn’t turn on try to push that piece very softly until it clicks. It is labeled and super hard to miss on the inside (on the-side not back of PC.) I definitely recommend this for everyone parents, adults. A great starting computer for anyone just getting started!

I like the computer and its workings real well. Only wish I could figure out how to turn off some of the lights, but my grandson wishes there were more. The speed is really awesome. I have not got about half my office and church related software on there yet, but what is on there works well now, after turning off some of MS defaults. I have found it much better than my last when using it for our broadcasting. It is the primary computer for the church and mission office work. We have two other computers that do the secondary office work. All our computers are from Best Buy. Right off, I would say that this is the best computer we have purchased.

Quality of the build is amazing! It works really well! Games play very well! It's a bit noisy, but it's fine overall.

amazing graphics are clean no issues no overheating issues ready to play i had no issues setting anything up doesn’t take up to much power it is a little heavy for a kid to carry so id recommend an adult to be on stand by

This computer is a large upgrade compared to my old one. It looks great and very cool with the lighting and more importantly, I no longer have to worry about any games failing to run on my computer with at least 60 fps and no stuttering. It makes my game playing so much more enjoyable, like games were intended be played! This computer is awesome and I highly recommend it! And on top of all that, the price was very affordable! A great computer for the price!

got home, taking it out is the hardest part, the quality of the case is on the better side, overall good so far!

This is a great starter pc, I’m just gettin into it and so far it’s run everything I’ve wanted better than a console would. Being able to mod my games is also awesome.Shoutout cyber power!

Great product; I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a decent rig with a decent amount of memory, downside is all the ultra processors are shared memory. When playing high end games its super laggy and crashes like crazy. Tech support was definitely super helpful when called but ultimately had to return it because of the processor not being adequate enough for games with high quality or games period. I will say if you get this rig make sure it doesn't have the ultra series processors other wise its a decent setup.
