If your devices support WiFi6, you can easily achieve the 1Gbps over WiFi. I have personally gotten to 2.2Gbps at 60 feet with walls and other barriers between two computers I own over WIFI with the AX11000. Obviously the closer you are to the router, the better the signal, though there is a “cap” to each of the 8 channels on the router, and it’s a total of 11Gbps with all 8 channels at maximum throughput.
