Is this compatible with amd ryzen 5 3600 and rx 590? null

Yes it’s compatible with the rx 590 but you have to update the bios to its latest version to use the 3600

I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 3600 on it now, with a 1660 ti and would work perfectly with a RX590 would recommend a 5700 instead for best performance paired up.
