I'm personally using Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR-4 3200MHz CL16 with a Ryzen 5 3600XT, but there's a whole range of support available. I've attached the Qualified Vendors List that has all of the confirmed supported memory, others can and will work, but these have been verified. https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b450-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_qvl/
