• This motherboard is an ATX motherboard it will fit in any case that is compatible with ATX motherboards. I currently have it in an NZXT H500 mid sized tower that has a basement that hides the power supply as it has tempered glass side panel the mother board fits just fine.

• If by medium cabinet you're talking about a mid tower case. Then yes this fits in a mid tower case.
