The color of the motherboard RGB lights can be changed with ASUS Aura Sync software. The QVL for all supported components can be found here https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_QVL/.

You will need to download ASUS Aura Sync off their site to do so, but it's free and easy enough to use. For the second part of your question, assuming you're referring to LED light strips, there's a lot you can get, you just want to make sure it says it works with Aura Sync. A search for ASUS Aura LED strips will quickly get you what you're looking for. I would provide a link, but I'm not sure how Best Buy takes to linking to other storefronts, and Best Buy itself doesn't seem to actually carry any.
