Yeah. It'll work with both. But if the Mobo has been sitting on a shelf for more than 7 months, the bios is not updated to run the 3600. You'll have to flash the bios. But if you're buying it at Best buy, they should be able to flash the most recent bios for you. Just ask them. Mine that I bought a month ago had the very first bios update compatible with the 3600 from July of last year. But I'm in a fairly large city. If you're in the middle of no where Iowa it might have been on the shelf for a while. The 1660 will need updates Nvidia drivers once the system is up and running but that's easy enough to do with the Nvidia software on their website.

The motherboard they sent me already had the bios update for ryzen 3000 series, it will have the sticker on the motherboard saying "ryzen 3xxx ready" if it only says 2000 series on the box then you will have to update the motherboard bios for the ryzen 3600 which is really easy.
