• No, a newer BIOS must be installed. This can be done by downloading a new BIOS and uncompressing it in USB storage. Then connect that USB storage to the BIOS Flashback USB port, hold down the button for 3 seconds, green light will flash for as long as 15 minutes, then if the light turned off it was successful. If green light stays on but flashing stopped, then an issue occurred, and PC must be restarted or power turned off before trying to load BIOS again.

• No its not i had to update mine, but it can be updated just with a pen drive
