A:AnswerNot a whole lot of difference in my opinion. The Intel chip outperforms AMD in most expert analysis but the difference between the two wouldn’t be very noticeable for most users. Safe bet is to go with the intel 10th gen 7 for the extra money. My son wanted that one because he considers himself a “serious gamer” (I wish he was a serious student instead) but I would easily recommend the AMD as well. Take the savings with the AMD and add additional RAM and a cooling pad (it gets pretty hot) and you won’t be disappointed. Both need the additional ram to play the more intensive games and it helps future proof it for at least 3 years or so. Hope that helps some
A:AnswerNo, most if not all laptops have the GPU (in this case a 1650ti) soldered to the motherboard. Its not that big of a deal because a 1650ti is still a great mid-range GPU.
A:AnswerNo. It's RGB lit. The Keyboard is one-zone, but you can customize it to fade rainbow, flash different colours, or just pick one colour you like best. The WASD keys are Cyberpunk pink though, and that isn't changeable. And the light bar has 5 zones you can customize however you like too.
A:AnswerIt is fully customizeable RGB lighting. The keyboard is one-zone(not per key), and the light bard underneath has 5 separate zones you can customize.
A:Answerit hasn't crashed in since we bought it and my son uses it strictly for gaming. We did add another 8gb of ram so that may help. It does get very hot during his marathon gaming sessions but we have it elevated somewhat in the rear to make it easier to cool and it's never overheated or shut down
A:AnswerThe max amount of screens you can output is one, this is because of the single HDMI port. You can connect both an external webcam and a 1TB HDD.
A:AnswerTry checking via Task manager for any application taking up all of the unit's recourses. If the culprit is Zoom you would need to contact Zoom customer support for further assistance. You can always try uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling it.
